Screen turns on when notifications are received

I have found, previously, the answer to this but for some reason I can't find it now, or what I'm finding isn't helping. I currently have 2 apps that turn on my screen when a notification is received. All other apps I've figured out to prevent this.

S26U using Smart Launcher and Good Lock customizations, if any of that matters.
